5.7.1 Uninstalling an RA using the Web Console
The activities are done using the
Resource Management MBean
.
We deactivate the resource adaptor entity using the
Resource Management MBean
, so that the resource adaptor cannot create
new activities.
Removed any named links bound to the resource adaptor:
Deactivate the resource adaptor entity:
The resource adaptor entity can now be removed.
Finally the resource adaptor is uninstalled using the Deployment MBean.
5.7.2 Uninstalling an RA using the Command Console
Before the resource adaptor can be removed, any RA Entities of that resource adaptor need to be deactivated:
> deactivateRAEntity sipra
Deactivated resource adaptor entity sipra
Any link names associated with that RA Entity need to be unbound:
> unbindRALinkName OCSIP
Unbound link name OCSIP
The resource adaptor can then be removed.
> removeRAEntity sipra
Removed resource adaptor entity sipra
Once removed, the deployable unit for that resource adaptor can be uninstalled.
> uninstall file:examples/sip/lib/ocjainsip-1.2-ra.jar
uninstalled: DeployableUnit[url=file:examples/sip/lib/ocjainsip-1.2-ra.jar]
